Brief of recent activities and discussions on the blog.
Initial response and feedback to the site has been very encouraging from some of those who had the time and inclination to read through the contents. Many felt the need to put in more efforts in planning their personal finaces and getting better control over them. They thought the information on the site will help them in this.However many face resistance which is very common in actually making a beginning.There is no better way to get over this resistance than to decide ona time slot to do this and actually sitting down to begin.Well begun or even just begun is itself a good motivator.Due to this reason probably the response and exchange of info or querries on the blog have been rather very few. This ahs resulted in having very few new blog posts there.We hope this interaction to get better once more people start their planning and encounter querries or difficulties needing some help.
APPEAL TO JOIN COMMUNITY
This is just the beginning,we have many more miles to go together, we appeal to the readers to join the community and influence friends to join in too. Our first mile stone is to build a strong and vibrant community of Financial Freedom achievers and aspirants.We in the community will have a lot to share and learn from each other through the medium of discussions on the blog and then enrich the web site with the new learnings.Establishment of investors clubs and mentoring of the students are some other activities foreseen.
There is no condition of any fees for memebership.Voluntary donations from the members will be first used to meet the requirements of NDA cadets in need.Together we will decide further course of action but uppermost in my mind are the students from sainik schools whose parents can not afford the fees and are forced to withdraw the students from the schools.
As the community grows it should be possible to give more loans to needy students from other schools and colleges.
